It could be a little spot on your desk, a little spot in your house, wherever you are. Maybe you're traveling and you're just gonna have a sacred spot on your hotel bed. Whatever it is, just make sure first that that space is cleansed, whether you're wiping the surface, whether you're lighting incense, or sage, or perhaps ringing Tibetan bells, just to shift the energy, gather a candle. White for clarity, green for growth, pink for love. Place crystals if you feel called clear quartz for focus ci, dream for abundance, amethyst for guidance, or simply use a meaningful object that is close to your heart. Whatever resonates to you, that's what's right for you in this moment in time. Take a few breaths. Inhale in light, exhale out heaviness. Feel yourself grounded in this moment on a piece of paper. Write exactly what you're calling in. Remember, be specific, present tense as though it already exists. Here's a few examples. When we think back to what we just talked about, are you calling an abundance love healing? What are you releasing? New relationships, finances, spiritual guidance. Here are a few examples of ways that you can write to call things in. I thrive in daily rituals that nourish my body. I am in a partnership filled with loyalty, honesty, and devotion. I am grateful for the$10,000 that I've received through aligned opportunities. If you're looking for maybe one sentence, one affirmation, it sort of brings everything together. Here's another example in the present tense. I am abundant. I receive$10,000 through aligned opportunities. I am deeply loved by a partner who is loyal, kind, and consistent. I thrive in daily rituals that nourish my body, mind, and spirit. When finished, speak your intentions aloud. Light your candle gaze into its flame, and see your desires carried upward. Weaving into your future. Whisper, gratitude. Gratitude fuels manifestation. Allow the candle to burn safely for at least 11 minutes. If you've litten one, fold your paper. Keep it near your heart, in your journal, under your pillow, on your altar, in your sacred space, and you can repeat this for the next two nights to deepen the imprint of your intention.
